From the beginning Jacquie and Rich were so helpful, we had previously been having Tipis from another supplier, but when they were being unprofessional and really unhelpful, I luckily came across Elite Tents when doing a frantic Google search! I gave them a call and thinking I had no chance and that they would be booked up I explained my situation and Jacquie was so understanding and helpful, that after a quick chat with my other half we paid the deposit and booked, knowing that everything was now finally in safe hands. They helped us find a catering tent and sorted out the genny. A week before the wedding the weather was looking like it may be chilly in the evening so I emailed Jacquie and she sorted out a heater for us in no time! Jacquie planned out our table arrangements for us so I could then get to the task of the dreaded table plan! Two days before the wedding the guys came and put the tipis up in scorching hot weather and they looked amazing!! Even when we had torrential rain the day before and I called them in a panic, I am so glad I listened to Richard and decided to leave it open because the next day the weather was lovely and thanks to Elite Tents we had the best wedding venue ever! Everyone commented on the Tipis saying how different and unusual they were. They suited our laid back enchanted fairy forest wedding perfectly.
