We want to say a massive thank you to Jacquie, Richard and all of the team for being so fantastic. Aside from the usual things like being professional and helpful you guys really went the extra mile to make sure everything for our day went well. We were able to just leave you to it when it came to putting the tipis up and you gave us lots of help and advice with sorting out our logistics. The level of service that you provided really took the pressure off. Our band was a seven piece soul rhythm and blues band that came with numerous instruments and lots of equipment! They had never played in a tipi before but had no problems with setup or arrangements and really enjoyed the unique setting

I contacted Jacquie and the team at Elite Tents as I was organising my 26th birthday for 40+ people. They were tremendously professional throughout, helping me choose the interiors and extras, and helping me keep within my budget. The setup team were very efficient both putting up and taking down the tipi. Most importantly of all the Big Hat Tipi looked absolutely spectacular! I can’t emphasise enough what a game changer it was for an event which I have thrown a couple of times before. It saved us from an unexpectedly wet British summer, and once we decked it out with some professional speakers, a dj booth, fog machine and UV lights / lasers, it was like being transported into a nightclub. I have had absolutely rave reviews about how remarkable the tipi was. I will definitely be coming back in future. Thanks again! Conrad

Updates along the way
