When we first decided to get married, we knew that we wanted to do something different and we very quickly decided that we would like to have an outdoor reception. After finding the perfect venue on the Wirral, we came across Elite Tents and as soon as we saw the pictures of the tipis, we knew that they would be perfect for our day. All the team at Elite Tents were so friendly and professional in everything from the initial communication right through to morning after the wedding when the tents were taken down. Jacquie dealt with all our queries so quickly and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. She was able to point out and advise us on everything to make the venue perfect for our special day (we were particularly glad that she recommended having the glitter ball – it was stunning!). We met the team as they put up the tents the day before our wedding and they couldn’t have been any friendlier; they were so enthusiastic and took the time to talk us through how things worked. The weather wasn’t too good the day before but the team made sure that the tents were secure and made us feel confident that everything would be ok, ensuring that our contact at the farm was clued up on what to do. On the day, everything was absolutely fantastic! We had the most wonderful day and all our guests were blown away by the tipis. They looked amazing and all the special details, like the fire and the seating with the lovely cushions, made it just perfect. We can’t thank you enough, Elite Tents, you helped to make our special day exactly what we wanted it to be!
