A massive thank you to everyone at Elite tents, we had our wedding on 4.8.18 and booked the tipis a year and a half before this. From the get go communication was brilliant and nothing I asked was too much for them. The support during the planning process was great, staff were always happy to take a call or email and respond quickly to any enquiries. Prior to set up staff were beyond helpful with liasing with the venue. On the days of set up staff amazed me at how quickly they got the job done and were so helpful with advising where to hang things … customer service is second to none.
To anyone debating about having the logistics package … it is definitely worth it! I cannot thank everyone at Elite Tents for helping to make our wedding day amazing. Every guest commented on how much they loved the tipis and the atmosphere they create is like no other. My mom is even trying to think of an excuse to have a party to have the tipis again! Once again a big thank you!
