You’ve ticked tent hire off your list, but what about the venue and wedding suppliers? One of the biggest advantages of having an outdoor wedding is the freedom to choose your own suppliers. No corkage fees or restrictions gives you endless options! We have compiled a list of videographers and wedding photographers who we love to work with. Every wedding photographer/videographer on this list has been recommended by one of our couples. Have a read through and see if any stand out to you! Jennifer Peel Photography

Hi I’m Jen and I’m a friendly, down to earth and fun wedding photographer. I’m not into serious posing or tradition and I suspect you’re not either! I adore couples who laugh hard, think outside the box and are seriously into each other. I will recognise that your wedding isn’t the same as the one the week before and I will photograph it without any bossing around. No cheesy poses, no standing around for hours but all the laughter, tears and bad dance moves.

I’m here to capture all those little moments – those crazy bridesmaids dancing, the groomsmen doing shots at the bar and your mum wiping away happy tears – so that you don’t miss a single thing.

Whilst I do keep things pretty loosey-goosey, I do embrace couple portraits if that’s your bag. We’ll keep them completely cheese free, but still romantic and personal. Same goes for group photos – if Mum’s expecting a few family shots for the mantlepiece, who am I to say no? You just let me know what’s needed, and I’ll make it happen. It’s all about you.

My packages are simple – they all include the high resolution edited files – you just choose the ones that has the right number of hours to suit what you’re looking for. If none of them do – I offer an hourly rate as well. My most popular package which includes bridal preparations through to first dance is £1650. I cover Warwickshire, the Cotswolds and the Midlands.

Vlog my wedding is A CREATIVE, FUN WAY TO CAPTURE YOUR DAY

Wedding vlogging is a non traditional way to capture your wedding footage – whilst a videographer will capture and create very polished movies ( which is great ) , vlogging will create the real, fun, and natural footage of your day.

Fear of being filmed seems to put people of booking any form of video for their wedding day, but later this often becomes couples biggest regret, This really is why Vlog works so well.

Guests love interactive weddings – they enjoy garden games, sparklers, confetti throwing, and everyone will always grab their phone to take pictures or do a little video (which you never get to see).

Vlog My Wedding gives your guests a chance to be actively involved by capturing video footage of all the fun, and behind the scenes action, that would normally be missed. As a couple you get a video that is a real reflection of you and your day.

So how does it work ?

ON THE DAY MAGIC

Your friends and family capture all the magic, fun and laughter from the preparations until the party ends with our specially supplied cameras, we will provide you with some super handy hints on how to make these work best for you on the day 🙂

WE CREATE

We drink lots of tea and watch all your footage, there is normally loads as guests love using the cameras – then we edit it to create lots of awesome memories.

We are Warwickshire based but travel all over the UK for weddings with no extra mileage charges.

Deluxe Booths

We are Deluxe Booths. We will hire you the best and most original photo booths that you are likely to see. Handcrafted in Yorkshire from oak, they will make your day even more memorable and fun. Don’t follow the crowd – be different!  They look great, take great photos and will be remembered by guests for not being an average photo booth.

We don’t do average.  Our booths aren’t average. Our team aren’t average. Our photos aren’t average. Our props aren’t average (no budget props from us!). Whatever your occasion, it will be improved by one of our booths.  We will entertain your guests and create fantastic memories for you.

We provide three packages – all for a 3hr hire – if you’d like us for longer, please ask!

Vintage (£595) – Smartly dressed attendant, unlimited visits to the booth, one print per visit, quirky props, backdrop and a digital copy of all the images for the host.

Deluxe  (£685) has all the fun from Vintage, and an extra set of prints, a handmade, leather guestbook ( a perfect keepsake) for the photos – with plenty of space for your guests to leave you a message!

Deluxe Plus (£795) takes it further and adds a shimmer, flower or foliage wall and a neon sign!

We’re based just at the top of the M42 – by Twycross Zoo – so close that we can hear the animals!  We travel up to 40 miles for most events. We do travel further, but this can sometimes incur a mileage charge.  If you’re not sure, just ask!

Fond Media Wedding Films

At Fond Media we absolutely love filming weddings and our passion means we won’t just make you a wedding video, but create a beautiful cinematic film that tells the story of your special day so that you can relive each special moment time and time again.

Not only do we record the important events as the day unfolds, but we also pride ourselves on capturing those fleeting moments that are easily missed – the loving glances, the happy tears, the bursts of laughter, the crazy dance moves – that make your wedding day your wedding day.

Our prices start at £1050 which is for one videographer from the ceremony to the end of the speeches with a 3-4 minute cinematic film of the highlights. 

We have a variety of extras you might like to think about too:  Your morning preparations, a  second videographer to capture even more special moments, drone shots for a bird’s eye view of your outdoor set up, personal messages from your wedding guests, a full-length edit of your speeches or ceremony or even extra hours of partying. Let us know what’s important to you and we will build it into your package.

Our prices cover up to 50 miles travel from our base in Warwickshire and we are available for weddings throughout the UK at an additional cost.

Hey, I’m Darren and I’m a wedding photographer for couples who want a relaxed and natural approach. I have an informal documentary style which allows me to capture all the real moments of the day, I combine this with powerful portraits to create a story of your wedding day.

Forget awkward photos and forced smiles, Your wedding day is about laughter, pre-wedding nerves and a day full of love. My job is to capture it all!

I take mostly candid photos so you can spend time with your family and friends (surely that’s the point of your wedding day) and when I do take portrait and family photos, it won’t feel like it’s forced, or I’m taking over.

My special skill is storytelling. I work really hard to make sure your images capture the story of your day, from early morning nerves to dance floor abandon. I’ll tell your story in a way that’s imaginative and interesting – and most important of all, reflects your unique personalities.

Most people want to create something different and unique for their wedding. If you look through the images on my website, you’ll see that no two are the same  That’s because, just as you want your day to reflect the individuality of your partnership, I want the images to echo the unique atmosphere of your wedding.

If I could offer you want piece of advice,  Choose A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER WHO GIVES YOU THE CONFIDENCE TO BE YOURSELF :), look at there work and talk to them, feeling comfortable on your day will always ensure your memories are captured in the best possible way.

I offer 4 packages to suit different budgets and styles. They start at £995 for the basic package of 6 hours coverage, suited for smaller or shorter weddings, right to full coverage, edited photos, a persona blog and tons more. I also offer additional extras such as a second wedding photographer (for even more prints) a photo booth, a pre-wedding session so have a chat, let me know what you would like and I can make a bespoke package for you too.
