When we changed our date to September at last minute (planning in 3 days), elite tents were so accommodating and made it happen after my amazing sister found your Covid secure packages. The COVID packages, which was ideal for our 30 guest. The communication was amazing with elite tents - prompt quick replies and made everything happen for us. Can’t fault them one bit. The crew setting up were also amazing. They were second to none, the best service provided especially during these uncertain times they have a very high level of expertise, advice and guidance. I contacted Jacquie and the team at Elite Tents as I was organising my 26th birthday for 40+ people. They were tremendously professional throughout, helping me choose the interiors and extras, and helping me keep within my budget. The setup team were very efficient both putting up and taking down the tipi. Most importantly of all the Big Hat Tipi looked absolutely spectacular! I can’t emphasise enough what a game changer it was for an event which I have thrown a couple of times before. It saved us from an unexpectedly wet British summer, and once we decked it out with some professional speakers, a dj booth, fog machine and UV lights / lasers, it was like being transported into a nightclub.
