Here at Elite Tents we know that planning your wedding day is something which takes time and care and we believe that for you and your partner the planning should be as much fun as the day itself. We don’t want our couples to get stressed or overwhelmed. The great news is we have helped literally hundreds of couples like you achieve their dream day. Our experienced coordinators will answer all of your questions, listen to your ideas and wishes and help you find the best solution to make your day absolutely as you want it.
We offer a choice of consultations all of which will take place with an Elite Specialist Coordinator. Our coordinators have years of experience to draw upon and can help you with planning resources, quotes, floorplans or simply just help with your ideas and research. These consultations are usually approximately 30 minutes, but if you need slightly longer that isn’t an issue.

After booking you will receive two emails. One will confirm your appointment with your coordinator and the other will have links to our interactive video hub of our frequently asked questions. We encourage you to watch these in advance of our chat with you so that we can spend most of the appointment time discussing your day.
