We are always fully transparent with our pricing, but when every event is one-of-a-kind, it can be difficult! You see, there are loads of things that can affect the price of your tent.

You will be able to get a ballpark idea of what your tent will cost if you already know:

  • your guest numbers,
  • your preferred tent type,
  • a rough idea of your date.

2 Kåtas for up to 100 seated guests and 125 capacity

Silver Package – Includes flooring, lighting, dance floor, rustic seating for up to 100 guests and VAT.
£4,995 to £5,495

Gold Package – everything in the silver package plus added sparkle with fairy lights and a mirror ball, a walkway, a fire pit and chill out furniture.
£5,645 to £ 6,245

Platinum Package – everything in the silver and gold packages but with even more luxury – festoon lights on your walkway and over your Tipi peaks, reindeer hides for your benches and even more sparkle inside the tipis.

Silver Package – Includes flooring, lighting, dance floor, a fire pit, rustic seating for up to 120 guests and VAT.

Silver Package – Includes flooring, lighting, dance floor, a fire pit, rustic seating for up to 150 guests and VAT.

Step 5 - Get In Touch

Bar and Awning Package

If you would like to serve drinks inside your tipi set up you can add an awning extension to either the two or three tipi set up.

The awning extension adds head room for your bar supplier without encroaching on the floor space of your guests.

And we will also include in the package a hand made large rustic wooden bar from which to serve your celebratory drinks.

If you need to add on a catering annexe for your caterers look no further than our 6m x 6m sand coloured marquee complete with flooring, lighting and 6 trestle tables.
