Our Autumn Open Weekend will be at the beautiful Staffordshire Venue on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th October.
We will again be setting up our amazing Nordic tipis and Aurora Sailcloth Tent, both dressed for a wedding.
The decorations and furnishings will all be available to view so it is definitely worth you coming along, getting an idea of the atmosphere inside an Elite Tents Tipi/Sailcloth, and meeting with both our team and our trusted suppliers!

We are delighted to announce our next Tipi and Sailcloth Showcase for Autumn 2021…
We will be showcasing 3 large Kåta tipis with a Kungsörnen tipi attached and our stunning Aurora 180 Sailcloth Tent.
The venue is one of our gorgeous Dream Venues: Kingstanding Farm, Beausale, CV35 7PE. (If you are looking for a venue in the Warwickshire area with lake views and beautiful countryside Kingstanding Farm is a fantastic option for your outdoor wedding).
Our autumn open weekend will be held on Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th October between 10.30am and 3.30pm both days.
The Elite Tents Team will be joined by several of our favourite and most trusted suppliers who will be on hand to advise you about every aspect of your wedding or party, including caterers, photographer and bar service; all of which will create a unique and beautiful wedding or party venue, perfect for you.
Whether you are in the early stages of your planning or just deciding the final details, coming to see the tipis for yourself will really help you to decide what will work for you.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND… AN OPEN DAY THIS JUNE!
Following on from our very successful open day in April, we are offering the chance for you to visit the tipis again on Saturday 12th June from 10.30 until 3.30.
We will be setting up two large Kåta tipis together with a Kungsörnen tipi to create an amazing space for a party or wedding of 100-130 guests. If you have not yet seen the lovely Kung this is definitely worth a visit.
The venue is stunning and for those of you looking for a venue in Staffordshire is a must see. The Venue at Gayton has lake view and is just off the A51 between Stafford and Uttoxeter.
As usual we will be inviting our most trusted suppliers so plenty of opportunity to plan your event in full.

UPDATE FRIDAY 2ND APRIL…
Sadly the open weekend has had to be postponed for two weeks. The new dates are Saturday and Sunday 17th and 18th April.
All visitors who had an appointment will automatically be offered the equivalent time/day (except the Monday appointments will now be on Sunday 18th.) We have contacted all booked visitors to confirm if that is suitable, but if you have not yet spoken with us please contact the office asap.
The good news is that for those who could not make the Easter weekend, you may now be able to join us – if you would like to do so, then you will need an appointment so please call 0121 663 1133 or email enquiries@elitetents.co.uk to arrange a time.

The Details:
Our first Open Day of 2021 will be held on Saturday 6th February between 10.30am and 3.30pm.
The venue is the stunning Alder Farm in Little Hay, Lichfield.
Open Days are fabulous and are often the best way to decide whether an amazing Nordic Tipi tent is the perfect structure for your special event.
We will be offering 30-minute appointments to anyone who would like to sit down and chat through your ideas for your special day whether you are looking to get married in 2021 or 2022.
The Elite Tents Team will be joined by a selection of other fabulous suppliers who will be on hand to advise you about every aspect of your wedding including caterers, photographer, and bar companies. All of which will create a unique and beautiful wedding or party venue, perfect for you.
Our first 2021 open day will be a setup of 3 of our beautiful Nordic Kata Tipis in a triangle formation together with the Kungsornen bar area, as we know that even if the weather is horrible these authentic tents will be able to withstand whatever the elements send!

Our Tipis and Sailcloth Tents are packed away for a few months now, until parties and weddings can safely go ahead again, but we are planning to hold an Open Days with three large tipis early in the new year of 2021.

As usual we will be offering 30-minute appointments between 10.30am and 3.30pm to anyone who would like to sit down and chat through your ideas for your special event.
We will be setting up of 3 of our beautiful authentic Nordic Kata Tipis linked together and dressing them with rustic furniture in the set up of our Platinum Package which will really help you to visualise your dream wedding.
We will have in place whatever social distancing regulations are needed by that time, and having already had an open week in July and October 2020 so have everything in place to ensure you can visit us with complete confidence. We will have hand sanitiser on site and will respectfully ask all of our visitors to follow social distancing guidelines, including attending with people they are permitted to see up to a maximum of 5 in any party (so that with your coordinator we are within the limit of 6).
Some of our wonderful suppliers will also be attending too so all the help you need for finding your photographer, caterer, florist and bar companies!
